World Renown Nakashimada Technology

Headers or Formers are used to form the head shape of screws and bolts from metal. Many metal fasteners can be found in most products near us, like mobile phones, personal computers and cars.  These metal parts have become smaller and smaller over the years.  And makers tend to use more sophisticated materials like titanium.

Nakashimada technology is world renowned for keeping very tight tolerance, especially for 2.5mm diameter or below. Our micro headers have dominated 50% and 80% of the world and Japan market respectively. From IT, automotive, to aerospace industry, we will develop our products according to various industry needs.

Passion for Originality

Nakashimada’s technology was established over many years, when we produced crankshaft grinders used for motorcar engines overhaul.  Even if we studied advanced machines from overseas, we promised not to copy.  This mission has been left unchanged. Since, the early beginnings of the company.
These unique knowhow employed in our “MF” and “MST” series where competition is most severe mark a clear distinction from other competitors.
High productivity, user-friendliness and stability at continuous operation are prerequisites for good headers and formers.  Nakashimada machines have realized all these demands at high levels and won praises from all over the world.

Consistency in production

Over 70% of Nakashimada part production is done in-house so as to maintain the consistency in overall quality. This is exceptional in most industries.

We also introduce new equipment in our factory to increase production efficiency.
