Dear Customers,
From 1960 we began designing and manufacturing forging machines. Up to date we have already delivered more than 9,000 sets to our customers around the world.
Throughout these years, we strive to maintain a system that manages all part drawings for the entire family of machines including those custom-made, one-off models. As long as a legitimate serial number is given, supply of spare parts is possible. However, it is extremely difficult in recent years to keep inventory of some, especially electrical-related, components of machines that had already gone off the production line for more than 30 years. In order to comply with nowadays environmental and safety requirements, modification on these parts are also necessary.
Managing drawings and ageing processing machines had pushed the costs of maintaining this spare parts supply system to an unsustainable point. We now have to announce that we no longer keep stock of spare parts for machines listed in the attached document starting from April 2017.
It is daunting for us to announce this decision to customers who had been using our machines for such long time. We hope you would understand the difficulties we face with planning and producing these spare parts. Please talk to us to find out more about the actual supply schedule.
Life cycle of forging machines is extremely long and we know how important a continuous supply of spare parts is. There are actually shared components and standard parts used in our more recent product lines. You are welcome to contact us for details.

In the above machine models, there are shared components and standard parts with some of our current models. Feed roll, cutter, key, shear roller and shear roller shaft are not in the out-of-inventory list.
