From Fukuoka to the world

As domestic manufacturers are shifting their production overseas, Nakashimada machines are also active following that footsteps. We have established our overseas branches in Germany in 2003, Los Angeles in 2005, and Shenzhen in 2011. Besides, we have a fine network of sales agencies over 15 countries covering Korea, Italy, Russia, UK, India, Turkey, etc.

Overseas Base

Asia, especially China, will be our market focus going forward. For some time, price seemed to be the preference for many customers in China over product quality. Having said that, we have seen machine orders coming in recent years. It seems that these markets are becoming more relying on stable and durable machines when it comes to producing precision parts.

At present, though Nakashimada’s market is limited, we believe that as long as we could satisfy fully in one market, the ripple effect to others are expected. We will be able to strengthen our bond with customers in the years to come.

Global Support Network

We believe after sales support is perhaps the biggest business activities. We have kept securely drawings of all machines and we are proud to be able to provide 100% of parts of all machines sold. Even a machine is resold, we could provide the parts as long as the machine serial number and part number are available.

This support network extends to the global market too. In particular, many used machines were sold to Asian countries. We enjoy a high reputation in the used machine market for having a reliable system for spare parts.

All employees understand the importance of technical explanation and maintenance service as important and integral part of business activities from sales till the deliery of goods.

Future development: after-sale service, business tie-ups

Nakashimada has good reputation for supplying after parts for our machines even more than 30 years old. In order to shorten the delivery time, Nakashimada has set up a dedicated production line for supplying parts.

Different makers from different countries are forming alliances as globalization continues to advance. Riding the trend, Nakashimada is also forming closer ties with various makers. Such as induction heater and wire drawer in North America, monitors in Germany and sorting machine in Taiwan. We thus can work closely with each other and share valuable information together. Being able to spread our footwork and react to changes like this is the strength of small and medium sized companies.
